Manufacturing

1. Foundry
In our foundry, where high-quality raw materials are liquefied and made ready for shaping, sheet and foil production is carried out in different alloys and conditions in line with customer demands.

2. Cold Rolling
In the rolling process, where cast aluminum rolls can be brought to different thicknesses, some hard alloys can be thinned as well.

3. Heat Treatment
In our Heat Treatment process, we have two furnaces in our Heat Treatment department where the homogenization process is carried out to bring the cast rolls to mechanical perfection.

In our Final Slitting department, where rolls are measured in line with customer demands, packaging processes can also be shaped in line with needs.
