Children Enjoy a Day of Fun at Zeren Metal’s Family Festival
Zeren Metal added another memorable event to its employee engagement initiatives by hosting a special Children’s Festival for employees and their families. Organized as part of the celebrations for National Sovereignty and Children’s Day on April 23, the event brought together employees, their spouses, and children for a day filled with fun and shared experiences.
As part of its ongoing commitment to investing in both its people and workplace culture, Zeren Metal views employee experience as extending beyond the workplace. The Children’s Festival was designed to strengthen internal engagement while creating an opportunity for employees and their families to build lasting memories together.
The event was attended by Düzce Deputy Governor Ömer Sağlam, Gümüşova District Governor Ahmet Raşit Orhan, Gümüşova Deputy Mayor Erkan Daymaz, Zeren Group Chairman and CEO Mustafa Yiğit Zeren, as well as senior executives from Zeren Group. Bringing together participants of all ages, the festival fostered a warm and welcoming atmosphere centered on fun, togetherness, and community.
Held at Zeren Metal’s integrated production facility in Düzce, the event featured a variety of activities specially designed for children. Play areas and inflatable attractions provided entertainment throughout the day, allowing young guests to enjoy themselves while spending time with friends and family.
Dedicated dining and refreshment areas were also available, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
