Cold Rolling<\/span><\/h2><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In our Cold Rolling section, equipped with a 4-high cold rolling mill, we have the capacity to roll hard alloys of the 1000, 3000, 8000, and 5000 series. Our annual capacity in this section is 24,000 tons. We can achieve thickness reductions down to 0.15 mm, meeting the desired thickness requirements of our customers.<\/p>

To enhance cooling and rolling capabilities, we use rolling oil in a continuous loop system with a 40-ton capacity tank. The rolling oil that enters the machine is transferred through pipes to the dirty oil tank, then to the filter machine, and finally to the clean oil tank before being circulated back into the machine.
