Our foundry, where aluminium raw material is melted and prepared for production, covers an area of 850 square meters. It is equipped with one tilting melting furnace and one tilting holding furnace. In our facility, we produce sheets and foils in different alloys (1000, 3000, 8000, and 5000 series) and conditions according to requested dimensions. Our continuous casting line, capable of producing rolls with a width of 1310 mm and an outer diameter of 1720 mm, is equipped with a vertical molten metal filtration system.
The casting process in our foundry involves sequential steps including melting, alloying, slag removal, holding (settling), degassing, filtration, and casting. Our annual production capacity is 18,000 tons.
